The MSI General Property Management team is dedicated to understanding your objectives, developing strong tenant relationships and maximizing the value of your property. As part of our tenant relations, we provide monthly reports, detailed financial accounting, and risk and maintenance management services.

In addition to the customary services offered by most property management firms, MSI General provides in-house engineering, architectural and interior design services for additions or tenant improvements. Our subcontractor network is available 24 hours a day for routine maintenance or major repairs.
