SPECIAL PROJECTS

In 1995, MSI General started its Special Projects Division. This division took care of construction work that was under $200,000. In the first couple of years, the projects varied from creating masonry openings and installing overhead doors to the construction of mezzanines in industrial facilities. Our Special Projects include dental offices, banks, school renovations, restaurants, office remodelings and retail. In 2006 we celebrated the 100th Guaranty Bank build-out. All of these projects receive the same planning and design considerations, the same competitive bidding and the same careful supervision that the larger projects receive.
