To Our Valued Subcontractors:

We strongly believe successful design/build construction requires a professional, close-knit team approach. As one of our subcontractors or suppliers, you are truly an important part of our team. We need you to deliver on our promises to our customers.

As a member of our team, we understand you need to have a clear understanding of our expectations for the work you will provide on our projects. All bids received after December 1, 2008 will be subject to these specifications. Please disregard any and all prior copies of the specification you have. This is not "boilerplate spec." Our specifications spell out how we want to build our projects. Please take time to review the entire Master Specification. Obviously, you'll want to review your section(s) with close scrutiny, including the related sections. It will aid you in your work if you have also reviewed our expectations for other trades.

I want to emphasize once again how much we consider you to be an important member of our design team. I ask for your feedback, either directly to Don Frost with regard to the Master Specification, or to me on any aspect of our business relationship. We are counting on your support.
